Dear Friend,
I invite you to take part in a special celebration with my fellow Missionary Oblates and me. On May 21 we will celebrate the feast day of our founder, St. Eugene De Mazenod.
Saint Eugene was a man of bold vision. He envisioned a congregation of missionaries stretched across the globe. His vision is today a reality as nearly 4,000 Missionary Oblates are ministering with poor and needy people in more than 60 countries.
One way we can celebrate our founder’s feast day is through prayer. Please pray for the Missionary Oblates as we feed the hungry, shelter the homeless and care for the sick.
I also encourage you to send me your prayer intentions. The Oblates here at the National Shrine of Our Lady of the Snows and around the world will remember your needs at Mass and in our prayers.
Please also consider making a donation in support of our worldwide ministries.
Thank you for visiting our website. I appreciate your taking the time to learn more about the vital work of the Missionary Oblates.
In Jesus Christ and Mary Immaculate,

Fr. John Madigan, O.M.I. Oblate Chaplain Director
