As a member of Mary's Circle of Friends,
I offer these prayers daily for the work of the Missionary Oblates
and those they serve in the missions. 

OUR FATHER
Our Father, Who are in heaven, hallowed
be Thy name.  Thy kingdom come.  Thy will
be done, on earth as it is in heaven.  Give us
this day our daily bread.  And forgive us our
trespasses as we forgive those who trepass
against us.  And lead us not into temptation,
but deliver us from evil.  Amen. 

HAIL MARY
Hail Mary, full of grace, the Lord is with
thee! Blessed art thou among women, and
blessed is the fruit of thy womb, Jesus.  Holy
Mary, Mother of God, pray for us sinners, now
and at the hour of our death.  Amen. 

GLORY BE
Glory be to the Father, and to the Son,
and to the Holy Spirit; as it was in the
beginning, is now, and ever shall be, world
without end.  Amen.

Prayer for Abused and Neglected Children

Gentle Jesus, look kindly on those
children who have been denied the gift of a
safe and happy childhood.  Protect them from
abuse and neglect, and let them find comfort
in Your love and protection.

Help all of us to show sympathy and
compassion to all troubled children.  Let these
children see the world as the beautiful place
You created.  Help them find the courage to
overcome their fears so they may learn to
trust and love. 

Grant those who have young lives
entrusted in their care Your wisdom and
kindness so they may provide the kind of life
all children need to grow and mature.  Amen.
