"Nobody Asked"

Nobody AskedThe dwindling numbers of men considering religious life is a source of great frustration for the Oblates who work in vocation ministry.

Many men have told the Oblates that they once considered a religious vocation, but that they never formally enrolled in the seminary. When asked why they chose not to follow throught on their possible calling, the response is usually the same - "Nobody asked."

If you know of someone who might be interested in religious life, please have them contact the Vocation Office at 1-800-358-4394 or on-line at vocations@omiusa.org. You may also refer this person to the Vocations link on our provincial website - www.omiusa.org.

Please remember in your prayers the men who are currently discerning a calling to the Missionary Oblates.
