$1000 Bronze Plaque at the Lourdes Grotto (5 1/2" x 13")

The Lourdes Grotto is one of the most popular devotional sites at the Shrine. The Grotto is a 2/3- sized replica of the famous grotto in Lourdes, France, where Our Blessed Mother appeared to a young girl named Bernadette in 1858. Set peacefully into a hillside, the Grotto allows visitors a quiet place to pray and reflect. The landscaped flower gardens, trees, and shrubs contrast pleasantly with the wooded area.
