Your Memorial Registry includes:

• The name of the person memorialized
• Maximum of 26 characters per line, with a 4 line limit
• Enrollment Folder with a full-color print of your memorial location, and photograph of the memorialized person that you submit
• Copy of the Shrine's Souvenir Book
• Name of the person memorialized will be placed in the Lourdes Grotto Prayer Capsule at the National Shrine of Our Lady of the Snows
