Dear Friend,
I had always dreamed of visiting this holy place where Our Lady appeared to the young
peasant girl Bernadette. But when it actually happened – words cannot easily express the
emotions I felt during that pilgrimage. Faith is not often considered something one can see.
But in Lourdes I saw faith everywhere, and it was beyond beautiful.
Today I want to offer you the opportunity to experience something beautiful. I want
to share with you the faith that I witnessed in Lourdes by giving you the opportunity to present your healing needs to God and Our Lady of Lourdes. You can take part in our special Lourdes Novena from September 29 – October 7 and receive your complimentary bottle of Lourdes water by following these simple steps:
- Send me your prayer intentions. My fellow Missionary Oblates and I will keep you and your loved ones in our prayers for a whole year. You will be prayed for each month at the Shrine of Our Lady of Lourdes, as well as at two very special Mass novenas celebrated September 29 through October 7: one at the Basilica in Lourdes, and the other at the National Shrine of Our Lady of the Snows in Belleville, Illinois.
 Request your complimentary bottle of Lourdes water.
- Choose a Lourdes devotional gift. These items make
perfect gifts for a loved one, or keep and use them yourself. You may also want to have a Memorial placed in honor of a loved one here at the Shrine of Our Lady of the Snows.
- Send a generous Lourdes donation. Your generosity will
benefit the Missionary Oblates as we serve the poorest of the
poor throughout the world.
- Join the Lourdes Water Club. You can receive a bottle of Lourdes water in your mailbox each month for a year.
