Dear Friend,

With Mother's Day approaching, I invite you to honor the special mothers in your life.

1. Have a carnation placed at the National Shrine of Our Lady of the Snows for them.
2. Send Mother’s Day cards to the special mothers in your life.
3. Have their names placed in the Mother's Prayer Capsule at the Shrine where they will be prayed for by the Oblates and Shrine visitors until Mother's Day 2014. They will also be prayed for at a special Mother's Day Mass at the Basilicia of the Annunciation in Nazareth.
4. Have a Mother’s Day Votive Candle lit at the National Shrine of Our Lady of the Snows.
5. Honor a beloved mother forever by having a Memorial engraved for her at the Shrine.
6. Give her one of our beautiful devotional gifts.

Through the power of prayer, and your partnership with the Missionary Oblates, we are able to show our love to our special "moms" this Mother's Day.
